Just like in a physical photoshoot, you can expect a few incredible headshots from us, but it is unlikely that all your headshots will be great. In the rarest of cases, you may see that no good headshots are generated. For such cases we are happy to refund your money.
In order to prevent abuse, you would be eligible for a refund ONLY IF
You have uploaded photos that comply with the requirements.
You have not downloaded any image from your generated headshots
You reach out to us within 3 days of your headshots being generated
If you believe that you didn't even find 4 decent headshots from the set, we promise to do a complete re-do or a 100% refund of your payment.
