At InstaHeadshots, we aim to create amazing headshots that you'll love. If, for any reason, your headshots don't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right for you.

Individual Photoshoots

Just like in a physical photoshoot, you can expect a few incredible headshots from us, but it is unlikely that all your headshots will be great. In the rarest of cases, you may see that no good headshots are generated. For such cases we are happy to refund your money.

In order to prevent abuse, you would be eligible for a refund ONLY IF

1. You have uploaded photos that comply with the requirements.

2. You have not downloaded any image from your generated headshots

3. You reach out to us within 3 days of your headshots being generated

If you meet these conditions and believe that none of your generated headshots are suitable, we offer two options:

1. Complimentary Redo: We'll gladly redo your photoshoot, giving you another chance to upload new photos and receive a fresh set of headshots.

2. Full Refund: If, after a redo, you're still not happy, we'll issue a 100% refund of your payment.

Team Photoshoots

Team photoshoots are not eligible for refunds. However, we offer one complimentary redo per photoshoot, allowing you to upload new photos and try again.

We also do not offer refunds for unused invites in a team. You can invite new team members at any time, as there isn't an expiration date on the invites.
